Dissatisfaction fof service at debonairs Pizza wonderpark mall

I bought a debonairs pizza at wonderpark mall, while eating it my son found hair on it and I immediately called the shop and spoke to the manager by the name of Kearabetswe. I explained my situation and instead of assisting me and apologizing he claimed that we put the hair on the pizza. I further went on to give my son the phone to explain the situation and to make things even better for him I said they can come to the house and check if anyone has that kind of hair. I am so livid because who in their right mind will take their time to call and put hair on a pizza. I'm so dissapointed at the service I got and above all he made me feel like a ***** for something that I paid for. This is totally unacceptable and you will not be seeing my money with this kind of of service they give to their clients.
