Dissatisfaction

After a long night that I had. With my car stopping on the road. Calling the mechanic I had just hoped that I’d get home and order pizza from Debonairs Pizza Bhisho Engene garage, unfortunately for me it was already past 19:00 for delivery, so I had to switch to collect. Few minutes later I got a call from the lady who works there who was absolutely rude telling me that they’ll only start placing my order in the oven when I’m there, because when I ordered online I had not yet paid, and they closing at 21:00 in a aggressive manner and because I had already had a long day. I waited for my friend to pick me up so I could go collect and tried to let it slide, how her approach was on the phone. When I got there, without even assuming much the lady who was a cashier assisting, must have been the exact same lady. Because by the time I get there she already had an attitude, after she helped me pay she aggressively told my niece, with a tone in her voice to sit down . As we were waiting standing assuming that since we were rushed on the call that they are closing, so we are delaying them. White lady in complexion, she still had a grin in her face as we left, as if she won a medal, assuming that she might probably not doing this for the first time and that she probably knows that nothing is done about how she interacts with clients.
