Dissatisfaction

At 18:30 on the 6th of Feb 2018 i ordered 4 pizza's from Debonairs Columbine Square for delivery. I ordered 1 crambed crust chicken tripple decker, 1 large four seasons, 1 large something meaty and 1 standard size mexican fiesta and one 2 litre coke. When i placed the order the lady told me that they have no olives for the four seasons pizza i confirmed that it is fine without the olives. At 19:25 I called to ask how far my order was as it was nearly an hour ago that i placed the order she told me that it is on the way. The order only arrived at 19:55. When i asked the delivery man why it took so long he told me that he is sorry and that it was a big sale. When we opened the pizza's the tripple decker was not crambed crust and the edges were burnt, the four seasons top part of the pizza was attached to the box as though the box was pressed flat down on the box. This is unacceptable for a pizza that took 1hour and 30mins and for the order to be wrong as well. I will never ever advise anyone to order from Debonairs Columbine ever again.
