Dissappointing Service Debonairs

Worst service ever experienced. They give you a voucher for your birthday but every time you try to use it it gives you an error. phoned the customer care centre on numerous occassions still no joy. sent an email no reply from them. 3 months to and fro and now they saying they want proof that i tried using the online service and with dates etc. like we keep record of when we go online to websites. The manager was just not helpful at the call centrre. Not my first or second bad experience with them. As many others have complained they food and service sucks time to dump the brand. Rather have better pizzas at Romans Pizza Hut Dominoes etc.
