Dissappinted will never ever buy from ull again

I'm waiting for 1hr 40mins for a pizza still have nothing... can't get thru to the restaurant to track my order... called customer care just for them to cut call twice after I tell them the problem and the third time they can't hear me I have spent over a R100 on airtime calling the useless call centre so this pizza is costing me over R300 not forgetting my petrol that im using to go fetch the pizza now and my kids are starving I think u deserve a minis 5 stars

OK so after I go to the store the staff is sleeping on the benches and I'm told they don't have my order since there's load shedding My question is could they not tell me that over the call that they dont have generators during load shedding? Or atleast give me a call and let me know? And we bought from Romans while there was still load shedding... better customer service from Romans for sure...

Debonairs couldn't even get me a manager or give me a number to talk to the store manager they tell me come back tomorrow to talk to a manager...
