Dissapointing service - Delivery and communication

<p>On the 24th of Marh 2017 , I ordered a large mexican fiesta with a cheese griller crammed crust. I placed the telephone order @ 18:10 ( as per the slip it was 18:23) and awaited my order. As Deboniars states 45 minutes and the distance between the store and my home is no more 2.5 km. I called 3 times to find out where my order is and all I am being told it is on my way. Eventually the order arrived at 20.12pm , cold , black dot and to be told the deliveries today has been $@#$#@ crazy. I think that is pathetic and in essense I should not have paid for a cold ,pizza which took 2 hours to get to me not even speaking about the quality of the pizza at R121.80. This is rather dissapointing and I expect a call to resolve my issue.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
