Dissapointing Service as Usual

I would like to express my utter disappointment and disgust in the service I received from Debonairs Brackenfell last night. I placed my order at 19.09pm for delivery, requesting for card facilities to be brought with as well. By 21.05pm I had still not received my order and after numerous calls I could not get a straight or honest answer from your employees. As seen on the screenshot attached, I had made more than 10 calls to your call centre. Numerous times the phone got dropped in my ear due to no answer at the Brackenfell store. The manager of the Brackenfell store phoned me around 20:H00 telling me the driver has left the premises and is on his way, I live 5 min from the premises. At 21.08pm my order arrives at home, cold and disgusting and no card facilities brought with as requested. The driver then left the order there telling me he will return with a card machine for payment. I can't even begin to express my surprise when he actually returned for payment 15min later. On you actual packaging you advertise if the dot is black your order is free and this incident was much worse than a black dot. I paid for the order but I will never in my life order from Debonairs again.
