Dissapointing food and service

Last night i ordered from Debonair's Rivonia branch, contact number ***. <br> <br> It has been over a year since i last ordered from Debonairs and now i remember why! <br> <br> To be completely honest I would not have brought up some of the issues I encountered last night if the food was enjoyable but I still have heartburn this morning to remind me.<br> <br> When i called to order i confirmed that delivery was free, as advertised. I was assured my order included delivery. The lady told me it would take 40minutes. I got my money ready...<br> <br> Over an hour later the food arrived. I was then ambushed with a delivery fee. So now i had to find the money and get change etc. By the time i got inside the pizza indicated it was no longer hot. <br> <br> I then tried to call them. The time was 8:40. The shop is meant to be open till 9pm. I called three times and each time the phone was dismissed and i was cut off.<br> <br> Perhaps it was strategic. That the there was one last order, bulked together or one final run and an early close up. Who knows?! But there should be some liability for the poor service, inedible food and laziness.
