Dissapointed

I am extremely dissapointed in the service received today. I called the Goodwood branch and place a order. I was advised it will take 45-60min for the delivery to be done. 1 hour later, i still did not get my pizza and called the store, based on them they unable to track the driver but that my order is out, 15min later i called again and they said they will call the driver and get back to me, yet nothing. I waited a whole 1hr and 30min for my pizza to arrive. This is extreme poor service, when u decide to spoil the kids and their friend and than they keep asking when it will come.. extremely dissapointed
