Disrespectful staff & disgusting customer service

So last week Thursday at 17:55 i placed an order for delivery from the Woodmead restaurant, the driver called at around 7PM saying his lost, i tried giving him directions but he seemed not to have a clue where he was or where he was supposed to be, he hung up on me a couple of times when i tried calling him back to find out where he was, gave me bad attitude and excuses saying he was new so i guess i was supposed to understand. I called the restaurant twice but couldn’t get any help from the manager that was on duty “Feli” who kept promising to call be back on both occasions but didn’t do so. At around 7:45PM he called and said he was outside on my street so i went outside but he wasn’t, so I decided to drive to the restaurant because my kids where very hungry at this point. I got to the restaurant and got the most stinking attitude I’ve ever received as a customer, a Lady called Petronella was the worst i guess she has a personal relationship with the driver as she defended him profusely. We had an argument for a few minutes as to who is supposed to pay for the pizza that had been out of the oven for about 2 hours when I realized these people didn’t care about customer service i went on to pay for a fresh pizza and called the call centre to report this disappointment experience. They promised the store manager will call me back of which he did, he apologized for the bad service and promised to get to the bottom of the issue and get back to me on Friday afternoon which he never did “am still waiting”. This is not the first time i have been disrespected at this restaurant last time someone called me “mad” because they thought they hung up the phone on me! A regional manager called and also promised to get back to me after having a word with the staff that disrespected me at the time but he also didnt get back to me! So i guess bad service is expected at this establishment and customer complaints go unresolved! Stay away from this shop if you know whats good for you! Very disappointed in the all round service from Debonairs even the call centre guys don’t call back to see if restaurants are taking customer complaints seriously no follow up whatsoever! I will not be wasting my money buying food from this restaurant ever again!
