Disrespectful Mbali Debonairs Engen Parktown

I visited Debonairs Engen Parktown 2021-03-26 at aboubt 18:40. I was assisted by Mbali whom I think was very disrespectful. I ordered On the Tripple, knows as OTT by Debonairs. But i said OTT. She rudely and sarcastically responded, "do you see that on the Menu, do well sell that? Pointing at menu on the counter. I then explained to her what OTT was, to which she rep**** " Well then that's what you must say. Don't create your own names for here. LEVELS, rolling her eyes" Anyway, I paid and moved slightly away from her. Then I realized i needed to buy two OTT's. I immediately moved back to her and she told me I know have to wait until she served the other customers in the Que. So I had to wait again. Mbali was not professional at all. She was disrespectful and rude. I felt humiliated. No customer should be treated like. It's not my fault if she doesn't know her products.
