Disrespect by Damas Irampa Debonaires Mall @ Carnival

<p>Tonight I was mistreated and disrespected in the worst way by one of your drivers. A man by the name of Damas Irampa from Debonaires Mall ********** He was so rude, firstly he said it is his companies policy that when they deliver they don't come into the complex the customer has to come out. Like why would I order for delivery if I would have to come out anyway. Secondly, it's dark outside and this man was wearing his helmet the whole time. I could not even verify his face. He could have been a ***** in a Debonaires s******. Thirdly, I asked for a speed point to come with the delivery but that did not happen. Damas made it seem like it is my fault and imp**** I would have to drive back with him to swipe my card cause according to him, every delivery costs hin R10 and so him having to come back would cost him R20. I don't think that is information I was meant to know. This man was rude from the get go, he never greeted me he was just ordering me to just make it snappy so that he could go back to work. He went as far as telling me it's cold outside him having to go and come back must have been my fault. Not. I feel very upset by him and his decency. </p> <p><br />He did not leave a receipt of payment with me so when a second driver had to come a collect payment we didn't even know how much I had to pay.</p> <p><br />This man gave me the poorest service I'm truly shocked and this.</p>
