Dismissive customer service and bad food

Debonairs Kimberley Monument is nasty. I got served obviously an old pizza or one with old ingredients. It literally took about 5-7minustes to get the "warmed up pizza". When I ate it I reallised that the ham was off. I couldn't go back as it was closing time. The next day when I called the manager she was really rude. She said they keep the slip so that clients don't claim their pizzas twice. She didn't even question the staff she immediately was defensive about the freshness of the product. If I asked her if she would eat the pizza after the complaint she proceeded to say she doesn't eat pizza. What a cop out. She than told me if I'm sure the pizza is what made me sick I must get a doctor's certificate which states such. What an insult, doctors will never write that you have a stomach bug based on the nachos you ate or bad pizza from debonairs. It was obviously a way to dismiss me. It's day 2 and I'm still sick and nauseas I'm even at the doctor as we speak. This restaurant doesn't care about its clients and I'll make it my duty to spread the word. Anyway on my Google review they said I must leave my contact details on their complaints website but even that doesn't work. It keeps giving an error. Classic avoidance case. It's so disappointing 😞
