Dishonoring Back Friday deal

On Friday, 24 November, Debonairs offered 50%off on pizzas if a consumer ordered online for the first time. I phoned the Loop west store in Newlands and was told to order on the app. I placed my order at 2.33pm. I received confirmation via email that the store is processing my order. The manager essentially, Marilyn phoned to ask me about my order. I told her my correct order and then the phone went blank. Tried phoning head office but was told to leave a message as it was after office hours. I phoned the store back and was told by the manageress that she did not receive my order. I reminded her that she called me but she denied it. Today is Monday, 27 November and I have not yet received any response from Debonairs . So much for the motto, we deliver smartly.
