Dishonest staff members at Debonairs mall@lebo

<p>I have went to purchase two large pizzas that costs R119 & 2litre coke all costed R145 on Saturday the 25 /02/2017 at around 16:00 pm, i was given a slip to go and wait till the pizza is ready,i was with my 4 year old , i have putted the receipt number 284 in his pocket while we went back to wait in the car,when we went back to collect the pizza when we got to the store i found that the slip wasnt in his pocket, we have tried to look for it while we were there,but we haven't found anything, i went back to the cashier and explained to her she told me to wait she will go through all the slips,we waited for an hour, and we were in the store just looking at her while assisting other clients nd she never went through all the receipts ,i went back straight to her complaining about the time i have spent waiting and she doesn't show that she will help us,then she told me she have checked on the computer and order number 284 doesn't exist, i have asked her to check with the amount of R145,that was paid using a debit order,nd i have asked her if i should show her the sms,she said it wont show the order number anyway, i just stood there while crying as i was crying the other colleagues of hers at the back was laughing at me saying that i am negligent, even of that is true they shouldn't have laughed at me in front of other clients, i dont think that was the correct manner,i was told that somebody maybe could have collected my order with the slip and requested a slip from the till , if that is the case how many customers will loose their money just because of the receipt? It is R145 yes ,but it is a lot of money to me , it is unfair to be treated like that as a customer </p>
