Dishonest and Late service

I am very disappointed and disgusted by the service from Debonairs in Mthatha. Today it’s the one on Owen Street and it’s not the first time. I made an order at 16:40 and paid for it online. Was called and told my order would be an hour to at least an hour and a half late coz they didn’t have subs. WOW. I requested that they bring the pizza first coz the kids are hungry. It’s now an hour and 50min later, still not pizza. When will I ever get a service that I paid for from this Framchise??? Why was I made a fool and made to believe that they would deliver the pizza first? I had to buy food somewhere else now coz I’m sitting with hungry kids. Who’s going to eat this pizza now? Why is it everytime I order from these people I encounter problems? I’m for real done with Debonairs true. Panarottis is going to be my pizza place from now on.
