Disgustingly appalling bad service

I ordered pizza to the value of R271 on Wednesday , 6 May 2020 online for a delivery from your store in atteridgeville at around 15:40... 3 hours later and I am still waiting for the food and after struggling to get through to your call center I was assured my food would be delivered when I asked for a refund. I want my money. Your service is disgustingly appalling and you ought to be ashamed.
