Disgusting wrong Debonair's Goodwood order.

My wife and I ordered a Debonair's Triple Decker pizza on 5 April after 8pm last night. We ordered the sweet chillie chicken and asked the cashier to remove the chicken and swop for pineapple as we don't eat meat at all, we also asked the cashier to remove the onions. When we got home the pizza was falling apart. My wife then told me that there is onions on the pizza. We put the leftover pizza, basically all of it in the fridge but when I ate a slice of pizza today I chewed on a piece of chicken, I immediately spit it out and smell it and I could smell the chicken. I got dressed and immediately took the rest of the pizza and drove to debonair's to complain. I asked for the manager, he couldn't even look me in the eyes. It was clear to us because there were chicken on the slice of pizza and with how the pizza was falling apart that there were chicken on the whole pizza and it was simply taken off, which would also explain the onions because it would not be as easy to remove as chicken. To us, vegetarians, to simply remove meat from the whatever we eat is unacceptable because the juices from the meat would always be there. So this mistake from Debonair's Goodwood is huge to us. They should've made us a complete new pizza that we ordered and payed for. The mistake wasn't ours, it was theirs. They didn't look at our order correctly. I wanted a new pizza today, correctly made like I ordered and payed for. They refused to give it to me. I don't care who made the mistake. I payed in full and I expect the pizza I asked for no matter what changes I make to the pizza. I just had to throw away a whole pizza because there were chicken on and by that I had to throw away R170. I don't think that is fair at all What if I were allergic to chicken or onions? This could've been a whole different conversation. But it is my right to ask what I pay for no matter what.
