DISGUSTING STORE
Most disappointing service
I was promised a call from the store manager from Brackendowns store via email and sms to respond to my complaint a month later nothing this is highly pathetic and disgusting service from a franchise and as a manager to ignore your clients I will never order from you guys again

16 Sept 2020, 19:06So I was called by the store manager Patrick he said I could call him anytime for my pizza I called him tonight and he tells me his not the store manager and he will call the store.... When I called him back there was no answer no answer to my messages nor was the store contacted how ****ty is this as I have his number and then ignores me this is disgusting service esp having not resolved this and being promised anytime I get ignored!!!!!!!
