Disgusting services. I did not get my pizza

I'm really shocked and disgusted about the service I have NOT received from Avonwood Square Debonairs. I had ordered a Pizza amounting to R209. At about 17:50 via Debonairs App, the driver called me at 17:56 ( +*** ) that he would call me when he is about to leave the store for delivery, at 18:19 again the driver called me to wait outside he would be in my gate 20 minutes tops. I waited for the driver outside gate freezing cold for 40 minutes. I then called th following number *** at 18:50 to confirm if my order was still coming but the phone was never answered. I then at 19:00 decided to drive to debonairs pizza avonwood square worried that something might have happened to the driver only to find out that the driver had just left the store 12 minutes before I got there 19:10 as per the assistant/cashier. I then queried how come as the driver at 18:19 called me and told me to wait outside as he was on his way, he asked me back what I was doing in stored and that I should have continued to wait outside for the driver. I then asked for a new pizza or a refund the assistant/cashier told me they will not refund me since the driver was out for delivery and I should wait the driver to come back with the cold pizza and I must accept it. I was humiliated and shamed in front of other customers as no one calmed me down as a customer it was as if me as a customer I'm providing the service and NOT receiving one. Is this Really how Debonaires treats their customers? I WANT my refund as i did not recieve the pizza or got the service I paid for from Debonairs.
