Disgusting services and inaccurate App.
I am very disappointed with your service and your app. I ordered a Pizza on the app and your Wetton store accepted the order and I was charged for it only to be contacted 10 minutes late to be told you do not deliver to my area. WHY DID YOUR APP NOT PICK THIS UP??? Fine I understand that you might not deliver to Gugulethu. But why will I only be defunded on Monday??? I AM HUNGRY NOW AND I DO NOT HAVE MINEY TO BUY FOOD BECAUSE I AM ONLY GETTIG MY REFUND ON MONDAY!!!
Furthermore your *********** chat agent Lihle tells me to contact the contact the store for my refund, asked me the same questions and keeps giving me the same automated responses. Because in his mind, his apology will feed me.
I am applauded by this and he has the nerve to leave the chat with no reasonable solution.
Furthermore, the order is still active, as if they are making it while knowing they are doing no such. What a ****.
