Disgusting service. No respect for customers

I ordered a pizza from Debonairs Pizza in Bloemfontein Rocklands an hour ago. I cannot track my order and it's stuck on the preparing stage. A whole hour later, I cannot track my order and it's been prepared for an hour now.
