Disgusting service, Late and raw pizza

On the 28th November 2020, we ordered 3 pizzas from Debonairs Pizza at trade route mall. The delivery took 2 hours, finally when the pizzas came as we opened about to eat it was ice cold and raw. We were forced to give the pizza to the dog. It is not the first time. When calling ask for the Manager we were told they will return our call. To date we have not received any callback. A whole R350 down the drain, total waste of money and pathetic service,If we do not receive any assistance or feedback we will be escalating this to the CEO and always publish in newspapers
