Disgusting service from Debonairs Verulam

A truly sad experience with the Debonairs Verulam branch. A pizza was ordered an hour and 30 minutes, and was not delivered. I then contacted a driver personally who advised my order was delivered to someone else.

I then called the store, and had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking to the manager Merilyn. After explainingy my issue, i was told they are too busy, and i should wait as their turn around time for delivery is 1 hour and 30 minutes, WOW.

Being a manager, dealing with customers, i honestly expected professionalism and compassion. All i got was attitude and anger at my complaint.

Seriously Debonairs, in times where sales and customer satisfaction is a must, you should relook at the way your leadership handles customers...
