DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM DEBONAIRS PIZZA AT KAGISO MALL

I am so disappointed with the service I got from Kagiso Mall Debonairs. I ordered pizza at 18:30 and requested delivery. I was told that it will be 45 minutes. I called after an hour , I was told they have too many orders they will escalate. I called after two hours , same story. I was told that someone will call me from the call centre and no one did.. WHAT A DISAPPOINTING SERVICE I GOT TODAY - and I am gatvol because we didn’t even cook
