Disgusting service from debonairs bayview

I ordered pizza on the app and asked it to be delivered after 8 the pizza was delivered at 6 the pizza was cold stale and not what was ordered The supposed owner needs to learn customer service and watch how he treats his customers After various calls to the call centre and no help we took the pizza back and asked for a refund which was refused by the manager and after a heated conversation with the so called owner mine I was told I was basically told F off I will not get a refund I did regrettable swear at him however this is now personal as he intimated things about my mother

Firstly the bill was 416 and the app says 253 as the other product was not available the driver charged 450 did not leave a slip and quickly rode away

That is theft

The pizza was disgusting. It was stale and old The arrogant a of the store owner and the bull I was fed by the call centre is not acceptable I want my money returned and I will be deleting the app and let every social media platform I am on off this atrocious behaviour of the famous brands idiot franchise if my money is not returned
