Disgusting Service.

I have never received such nonsense service in my life! I don't know what type of business you are running there.

I placed my order via the Debonairs app today at 19:15 from Diepkloof Square which is less than a 10 minutes drive from my house. My order arrives at 20:50 and freezing l cold I might add.

I called the call Centre 11 times with my own airtime. I spoke to Zandile, Sipho, Rabi/Ravi, Lesego etc. I was told my pizza was supposed to be here at 19:55/20:00.

FIFTY MINUTES LATER IT ARRIVES! All that time you have debited my account before 20:00.

The disgusting part is that the last agent told me to relax because they are busy and receive over a 1000 calls a day so there's no way to update me of a late arrival. What type of customer service do you teach your agents? No empathy whatsoever!

Please track my calls and see if I'm in the wrong here. Two agents told me that they'll call back and I didn't receive not even one call.

If this isnt resolved I'm deleting my app because clearly I'm not a valued customer and I will encourage others to do the same.
