Disgusting service ever

I am very angry and feel i need to give me feedback. I have never ever in my life received such poor service in return for my money.

I placed an order online with my partner s phone and paid online with the selection of the Chris Hani Debonairs and i really regret it, i requested for a refund because, firstly the service is ****ty and i waited for the food for 2hrs.i wasted my airtime calling and calling and receiving no assistance. I placed my order at 15:52 and when i couldn't track my order, i called in at the store at 16:25 and i was told that they will check my order and call me back,which never happened, i then called them back 48 minutes after 16:25(when i called to check my order ) and the lady i spoke to told me she will check my order and call me back and when i was trying to explain to her that i have been told so already, she hanged up the phone on me and surely by that time, i was supposed to have my food already. I then called in again and spoke to a lady called Thabile and i told her i want to cancel that order because i already got a better service at Roman's pizza and she did kept on apologizing and told me she is sorry for the delay and i told her i understand buy because i have already bought food elsewhere she must cancel my order, she then hanged up on me. I received the pizza at 17:44.
