disgusting service

so i go online .to order its says primrose and free delivery. 1 hour later get a call form thato the manager saying we must pay for fuel as we are not in the area for delivery,when i tell manager ill take it up with head office he says please dont ill deliver.then 40 minutes still no delivery.then i phone steven tells me he is the manager and he and thato is same person,manager tries to tell me he doesnt know who the owner is,and he has problems with his drivers,
