Disgusting service... disgusting pizza

Order pizza about two weeks ago on a Friday night and arranged for delivery. at 21h00 my husband climbed into his car and drove to collect the pizza. when he arrived there was a long queue of people with the same intent. we at at about 21h40 that night. the pizza was rock hard and disgusting. the worst pizza I've ever had. I complained on the complaints line on the website and the company is yet to respond. disgusting.
