Disgusting service debonairs

I placed an order online and paid for it. I then called the store and was told they would deliver shortly I then called again an hour later and was told to wait at the gate I stood for another hour until I drove to the store. They didn't make the order as they said they don't deliver. I want my money debonairs no one has called me as yet I want my money back.
