Yesterday was my nephews 10th birthday and being an avid ***** of your pizza brand his wish was enjoying his favorite chicken pizza on his day My wife had ordered it through the app and the order came of your branch in Phoenix plaza. On receiving the order he did not eat it immediately due to a function that was going on in his name To his dismay and ours he found a folded broken badly damaged pizza inside the box... Its just food but to a 10 year old its heartbreaking His mum immediately sent us a picture and we tried getting hold of the branch only to find out that nothing can be done... Not a refund... Not a replacement meal just a sour taste left everyone's mouth. We were given a higher level managers context details and through WhatsApp he had read the msg and disregarded it. Is this the kind of treatment we should receive or accept from such a leading food franchise? Truly and utterly disgusted
