Disgusting service

I called today 24 June to place an order with Dainfern branch and received a disgusting service from the lady by the name of Samantha, I asked to speak to the manager then she transferred my call I spoke to the gentlemen I explained to him what happened with Samantha but he did not care about that, he just said okay what do you want to order!! I asked him to tel me his name and he just dropped the phone on my ear. I called again and the phone was picked by a lady whom I forgot her name she assisted me with my order after placing my order I asked her who's the manager in charge and she said Mike. How the hell on earth a big company like Debonairs have managers like Mike who doesn't have phones manners to his customers. I am a regular customer of Dainfern Debonairs but as from today I am no longer going to take my money to the company that careless about its customers.
