Disgusting service

I am completing disgusted with the service I received at Debonairs, I ordered a pizza and requested that the driver please come inside the complex, bc the person I was ordering for is old and can not come to the gate . The driver refused and I requested to speak to the manger and she said it was debonair policy and that old lady would have to make a plan . I have never been so shocked in my life . The managers name is Nolwethu from Brackenfell Debonairs. I did not receive the pizza and also did not receive a refund
