Disgusting Service Belhar Airport Mall

I placed an order online @ Belhar Airport Mall Branch and received confirmation @ 1:12pm order number ***7. I called the 3:30pm to find out where my order was and was told by the call centre that they do not know but they will log a query for me at about 4pm a received a call from Belhar branch and was told that they do not have stock and they are waiting on stock but cannot tell me when the stock will arrive. I asked why no one informed me earlier then i would have cancelled and just get something else, but got the same response sorry no stock we will send it when the stock comes. Finally received my cold pizza @6:30, my pizza had almost no cheese on like they sc****d a bit together to through over and my 2 sweet and sour rib pizza's had roughly 10 dice sized cubes on each pizza. I received a call from the store again just with the same excuse "sorry we had no stock"... its unacceptable... you should not have taken on more than you can handle. Further for thank you for spoiling our family lunch that we planned with some good pizza that we did not received. Shame on you!!! Poor customer service and communication.
