Disgusting service. Ban the shop

last night i had the displeasure of ordering pizza from Dabonairs Sunnypark. i placed an order for delivery and the delivery man got lost. This is not my first ordering and so far i had never had any driver getting lost. Anyway he called the first time saying he was outside so i went to meet only he was at a flat next door. Fine while opening my gate, driver leaves and drives off. He calls shouting saying he doesnt know where my building was and again i advise him i just saw you drive down im at the corner please come back. Driver hangs up amd doesnt come back. a few minutes later he calls this time he is shouting at me saying he doesnt know where my apartment is. I ask him to firstly come down and not shout at me as im trying to direct him. Instead driver hangs up and doesnt deliver my food. I was more appauled by the store where i ordered because when the driver came back with my food, no one bothered to call and apologize or even acknowledge what had happened. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Will spread the word and make sure no one orders from Dabonairs ever again. if the driver gets lost, they need to be patient enough so that i as the customer can direct them. disgusting really this man does not deserve this job coz im sure this is not the first time. This store needs to be flagged as a bad service store that has no respect for customers.
