Disgusting service at Deboniars Maponya Mall

I had the most disgusting service at Deboniars Pizza Maponya Mall and it isn't the first. On the 3rd of June 2020 at 15:30 I was at the branch to order. My order numbers were 247 and 248. The service was very slow and horrible, fine. They called our my orders and I went home. When I got home they gave me the wrong orders, I was so unhappy. Not only were the orders wrong but the Pizza's were not up to scratch and well done. The dough or whatever it is they use to make pizza was not okay and they a certain smell. I them called the branch and the manager brushed me off and promised to call me back and he didn't till this day. He was so rude to me over the phone. I kept on calling them and he kept on promising to a point where they ended up hanging up my calls when he heard its me. On the 6th of June 2020 I went to the branch to order again my order number was 558 and the lady working at the till was rude when I asked for the managers name, she said at Deboniars we are not allowed to give out the managers name. She didn't even ask me what is the matter. I asked her to call her for me and she didn't. So as I was waiting outside for my order that took an hour the manager came to her and I guess she was telling him a certain lady wanted your name etc and the manager was unbothered. I wasn't happy with my order when I got home. The extra cheese I requested for wasn't added and I had paid for it. I called on the 8th of June to report this matter and the very same manger whose been promising to call me had an attitude and amnesia all of a sudden when I reminded him who I was. I then requested the area managers number and he denied and handed over my call to the store manager who wasn't helpful at all and didn't care about my issue. I want my refund for all the disgusting pizzas they gave me. I work so hard for my money for me to receive horrible food. Times are tough.
