Disgusting service at debonairs walmer pe

I had the worst experience at Debonairs Pizza in 5th ave Walmer and I don’t wish to set foot there again in my life. I placed an order for collection telephonically and was told it’d take 15-20 minutes. I arrived at the store 20mins later to pay. I sat and waited for 30 minutes and decided to go and ask the manager on duty Martha Nyamayaro how much longer I needed to wait. She took forever to come back to me & when I called for her for the second time she told me they’re out of stock of ingredients to make my order. I was very upset and asked why they had not told me when I was making payment as I understand that orders are placed through the call center and the agent may not have known. The lady who took my payment who goes by the name Samantha was soooooo rude, she started pulling faces and told me to report her to the manager if I feel the need to do so (as if she knew that the manager would have her back) then asked if she should refund me my whole amount or not. I told her I didn’t appreciate the way she was treating me and I went on to say that I’d report her to a higher authority and asked for her name and she refused to give me her name. Long story short she gave me a full refund and as I walked out the shop onto the parking lot Samantha stormed out of the shop and ran to where I was in the parking lot to come and insult me. I told her off and left. When I got home I realized that this appalling behavior cannot continue and I drove back to the shop, this time with my husband. I spoke to Martha the manager about what had happened & my dissatisfaction & disappointment _ she explained that they have been under pressure due to the lockdown & their supplier had not delivered all their requests (which to me had nothing to do with what had happened). The manager apologized on behalf of Samantha because Samantha still had an attitude when she was instructed to apologize to me and besides the manager herself seems to be afraid of reprimanding this Samantha woman.

I then drove to the debonairs in Summerstrand and spoke to the manager there who advised that I lay my compliant in writing online. A lady who heard & understood my distress advised that I rather write a review here.
