Disgusting Service and Rude Manager

I ordered a pizza online from Debonairs Tsakane Mall just before 6pm, at 8pm my pizza was still not delivered... When I phoned the store to query my order, the gentleman put the phone down in my ear, I phoned back and surprisingly the phone kept switching to voicemail. I had to jump in my vehicle to go and query my online order, when I arrived at the store, my order wasn't even printed out, I asked what the problem was and the rude Manager Jenney Madlabantu had no sense of humor and was just plainly rude and neverminded, instead of apologizing she gave me terrible attitude with her *********** staff.... mind you this is the 3rd time this is happening to me... #disgusting service# I will NEVER ORDER FROM DEBONAIRS EVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!! useless service but quick to take payments. lesson learned... Sort out your Rude manager Jenney Madlabantu who has no customer service experience.
