Disgusting service and a bunch of ******

I placed an order last week Friday online and I accidentally selected my old address and on top of that I selected to collect instead of delivery.

Right after placing the order, before the restaurant even started preparing the order, I contacted the call centre. The told me that they will conta t the restaurant and they will get back to me.

A few minutes later, I called the restaurant and the lady that i spoke to said that she will ask the manager to contact me and they never did. The restaurant ended up closing that day, I never received my order, my money back and no one bothered to contact me.

The restaurant had my details from the receipt but no one bothered to call.
