Disgusting service

The most disgusting service ever from Maponya Mall Debonairs they no regard of what customer service is. I am disgusted and do not want anything else but my money back. I placed an order at 10.31am (31/10/23) the order never came they took money from my account for food they did not deliver. I want nothing else but my money back. I have more than 30 calls to the shop amd the cystomer service with no help at all, they are not answering calls at the shop. I have never experience auch dusbin service ever in my life, the service at public tpilets ia better than what Maponya Mall Debonairs did. PAY BACK MY MONEY
