Disgusting service

This afternoon I called debonairs pizza in Pinecrest (pinetown) to order a pizza. I was asked for my cellphone number and if my order W's pick up delivery, I then responded that it Was a delivery to Ukzn Edgewood campus. I was told by both promise and Stanly that they will only deliver to the campus gate and that they don't go inside the campus as this is store policy. I there after asked why the store has such policy and what happens in the event that if I am on crutches or wheelchair bound and can not make it to the campus gate to collect my order. There are a number of delivery fast food outlets that deliver inside the campus even though they charge a delivery fee, but that does not give this pizza store the right to deliver if the service is there and not being charged. The two people I spoke to were very rude and did not give a valid answer for the reason why they specifically don't deliver to this campus. I then had to resort to calling another branch of this outlet (Sarnia) where I placed my order and it was delivered. I have never had such dispicable service from any fast food outlet like with debonairs in pinetown. They were absolutely rude. I will never use them again
