Disgusting service

My wife ordered a pizza for delivery on the app at 17:34,over an hour later(18:40) She called the restaurant to follow up on the order only to be told that the order was actually for collection, she then requested the lady assisting to please amend the order to a delivery to which she agreed and confirmed the order would be delivered in 45 minutes. 45 minutes later we call to follow up and the guy picking up the call sounded like he did not know what he was talking about and later told us the order will not be delivered because my wife apparently was not informed about the delivery fee by the previous lady, beats me how that is my wife's problem, this is now at 19:20.oh and I have to mention that the last guy who "assisted" her was not helpful and just hung up when I advised that I would log a complaint and asked for his name. To say the service is disgusting is putting it mildly considering I have been disappointed more than once by the store but continue to support them.
