Disgusting service
Good day I would like to express my disgust and dissatisfaction, disappointment with your call center ordering service. I ordered a pizza with the number *** at 18h00, I followed up at 19h16 and I kept getting shoved from pillar to post and nobody, the call center nor the store could advise on my order. I was asked to hang up and they will call me back. At 19h30 no phone calls so I called again and at this point I received the sms for my order but the sms stayed that my order was placed at 19h31 which was confusing since I had placed my order at 18h00
It is now 20h17 and I still don’t have my food.
Please explain. I am so angry so disgusted with the service!!!!!!!!!!
