Disgusting Service

I am utterly disgusted by the service I received at the Motherwell restaurant this evening! I placed my order at 19:45 and at 19:49 it was deemed completed and ready for me to collect, I arrived at the shop at 19:55 only to be told that they are closed and their online services are malfunctioning because they take orders after 19:30 meanwhile they close at 19:30 so it shouldn’t be so! I asked the gentleman at the door what happens now? I paid online and was never told about this, no where does it state that orders close at 19:30, he called a lady called Nomnqweno who was allegedly the Manager as per his words and she could not answer my questions as to what happens in this case and why the app allowed me to place the order if they are closed? I stool there up until 20:10 waiting for another manager because she said she can not answer me and would get a manager to assist me as she was apparently just a supervisor, 20:12 another lady by the name of Sylvia came guns blazing ready to brush me off for “my error” as they closed at 19:30 and could not assist me at all at this time and if I am adamant on getting answers and assistance I should wait until Monday when the real manager “Charles Kobi” would be in the shop or go ahead and try complaining online or on the app if I need more answers! This is after a whole ****ing R224.70 had been debited off my account, another R60 on Uber fairs and my time! I asked her what happens now, she blatantly brushed me off and told me IF I want to I can come and collect the order in the morning otherwise there is nothing else she can assist me with! This is trash and totally unacceptable! I use the Famous Brands online services for all the franchises and have never had this ****ty service, when you place an order and the shop is about to close they call you and tell you that, if the shop is closed for online orders and the system is malfunctioning they call and inform you that before hand, if they close at a earlier time the app does not allow you to place an order! So now I must waste another R60 to go fetch the food tomorrow, during my work time AND make other plans for this evening! All because of the lack of customer service and pure decency from them! All this has now become my problem to solve and live with!
