DISGUSTING SERVICE

<p>I've never experianced such service, i called nd ordered two pizza's at 18:20 and around 7:40pm our pizza has not been delivered, tried recalling and there was no answer, so i decided to go in the shop only to find out that my order was not placed, the cashier tells me to i have to replace my order which i would have to wait another hour as it was so full. The manager decided to come n speak to me when she came no options were given to me as to how i they can try to solve the issue only had the driver come up to me flashing the phone in my face shouting that he had tried to call and verify the order, the numbers were incorrect and my question was because ive order here more then twice nd they have my correct address couldn't they have tried harder to give me proper service!!! I actually had to call down that cashier and driver that im the customer i felt like i was about to be attacked as they were raising they voices at me and didnt even trying to be sympathetic, it showed that they don't know anything about customer service. How unacceptable!!! Still ****ed off and i will write this review everyday until someone attends to me</p>
