disgusting service

<p>On 28 May 2016 i ordered a large 5 sausage pizza and wings and 1L coke from Debonaires in Protea Glen Mall. The order was placed online at 17:55. After 2 hours i called to find out when my order is arriving and i was reaasured that it was on its way. I called again and then tod me that they didnt have the order. </p> <p> </p> <p>I finally spoke to Ntombi and she apologised and said that the was on its way and this was 3 and half hours later. the pizza finally arrived at 21:43 and when it arrived the was no coke and it was a chicken and mushroom pizza.</p> <p> </p> <p>i called the store again and they said they will have their manager call me back. HE NEVER CALLED AND NO APOLOGY FROM HIM WHATSOEVER. </p> <p> </p> <p>The following day i called and they said they are sending my coke and there is no way they could compensate me for eating a chicken and mushroom pizza when i had ordered a 5 sausage pizza. </p> <p> </p> <p>I found their service disgusting and apalling. </p> <p> </p>
