Disgusting Service

On Friday last week (5/02/16) I ordered a stack of Pizza for my company. I ordered online & checked the nearest branch which was Bedfordview (i usually use Lambton but they are so so slow) - the website confirmed i was in proximity for delivery. I paid for the pizza & included a tip for the driver. I got a call a few minutes later from Happiness who was full of attitude & she told me she didn't think she could deliver. I asked why when it stated on the website i was in proximity? She mumbled something & then told me she would phone me back. I saw a missed call a few minutes later, tried to call back but there was no answer. About 45 minutes later she phoned back to tell me that they wouldn't deliver under any circumstance. I asked about the payment & she very rudely told me i must go to the shop to fetch it. <br> I ended up going to fetch the pizza as i didn't have time to go anywhere else. Her behavior as well as the front staffs attitude when i got to the store was absolutely appalling. <br> When i asked her for the tip money back she rolled her eyes & made a big scene about giving it back to me.<br> No wonder the store was empty - with attitude like that, no one wants to go near it!
