disgusting service
Highly disgusted with the service from columbine square. At 7h40 I place an order online and receive notification that the order was received. At 8h40 I call to follow up as no delivery, get told drivers have just left with their deliveries due to the weather. At 9h15 I call again as still no delivery, get told manager trying to get hold of the drivers. At 9h30 I call again as still no delivery, get told again the manager trying to get hold of the drivers as they don't know who took the order, I tell them I want the manager to call me back in 5mins with an exact time I will receive my order, at 10h10 still no delivery and no phone call so I try calling again and now no answer as they are closed and still no delivery. This is very disgusting service from debonairs.
