DISGUSTING SERVICE
Phones through at 20:10 to place my order. Was guaranteed that it would take 15 mins. Knowing that placed are busy, I arrive a 20:45, only to find out that is when my order was actually being placed! Waited another 30 mins and still nothing. I go to get the att of the manage, who blatantly ignores me while she walks around eating her supper. There is now over 20 people waiting for their orders busy fuming. Another 20 mins go by and still nothing. After 10 mins of trying, I eventually get the att of a staff member (this is now more than an hour from the placing of my order). I ask her what is the wholed up, she checks my order num and takes my order down from the shelf where it has prob been sitting for 30 mins as \Those dots"were now black. Fuming and being dead hungry"
